Bollywood Box-Office (July 19, 2013)

We saw the release of two big movies this Friday as Prabhudeva tried his luck with a rom-com and Nikhil Advani donned Rishi Kapoor in the Dawood Ibrahim avatar in D-Day.

Sadly, both the movies couldn't do much about their box-office collections and probably they were expecting this after the mixed reviews both the films received.

After Wanted and Rowdy Rathore, Prabhudeva introduced Girish Thaurani in Ramaiya Vastavaiya which occupied 1400 screens over the country but could collect only 4.2 crores on Friday and 5 crores on Saturday, with a total of 9.2 crores. Not great but not bad either.

D-Day on the other hand came in with a lot of expectations but due to the second half, fell flat on its face and collected even less. 8 crores was the total collection on Friday (3 crores) and Saturday (5 crores).
