Shankar- Ehsan- Loy come up with yet another patented and largely predictable soft rock- pop soundtrack centered around the theme of contemporary youth's quest for finding his own niche. Talented singers Shankar Mahhadeevan and Clinton Cerejo do give these numbers the requisite pep and verve and that's why Wake Up Sid, Kyaa Karoon, Aaj Kal Zindagi and Life Is Crazy sound good. Amit Trivedi- composed folksy Iktaara (Kavita Seth, Amitabh Bhattacharya) turns out to be the special number.
